Theres one simple solution to all this Carrier pigeons.

Flash drives are light enough to attach one to there legs. BAM Secure data transfer. The FBI cant wiretap when there are no wires!

You could say this method has no strings attached. Worst thing that can happen is a stray hawk. But this can be avoided with the attachment of lasers to the pigeons. Secure as it can get.

I understand that there are some operations where you would want the doctor to be on site to help with complications. But some of them like removing a brain tumor where its a procedure that you just need to cut something out it might be able to help the limited supply of doctors in the world be better utilized.

Wired is running a related story about the potentially 'scary' precedent this case could set."

Really I do not think theres anything scary about what will happen in this case. An adult should be semi responsible for there actions.

How can an adult feel like toying with a young girl with an over self conscious image of herself when they live near them?

I can understand that there could be other circumestances when this could be scary but in this case i thought it was just HORRID what the person did.

Mod me a troll if you want. But i think most people when they read this case realize that what that person did was wrong. And i believe that in most circumstances driving someone to suicide is a crime. I don't care if you say that the person was to emotional, thats a reason that you should be semi understanding and not go out of your way to mess with them.
  4. I dont know why people are complaining. on Comcast Floats a 250GB Monthly Bandwidth Limit · · Score: 2, Informative

The 2 main ISPs telus and Shaw have different things.

Telus goes with a 20GB cap on there normal Internet plan. and a 60GB on there HIGH SPEED EXTREME blah blah.

I lived with that 60GB cap quiet happily. This includes a few months were I downloaded enough to have 3 months of straight music to listen to. Really if you stay at home all day downloading movies to watch you MIGHT be in trouble.

Shaw service as i have seen ranges from 10GB on there light internet which is for people who just want cheap internet for email. 20-30KB/s tops when iv tried it.

Then 60 for the normal plan. Hitting 100GB for the high speed extreme 10Mbit down 1 Mbit up.

Im on the 100 GB plan and its nice knowing its there, but really i dare any 95% if not 99% of slashdot users to show me more than 1 month a year they get withing 10GB's of that 100GB cap.

In the future say 4 years from now this might be a little low if you wanna do all your media via internet. But for now this fits fine for 99.9999% of people and it prevents people from using up a 25% share of the tubes, while allowing practically "Unlimited freedom".
