    With a little work you may be able to do something with Octave, it's partly compatible with Mathematica code.

    Exactly. So the UK being just above the US is not any indication of its propensity to censor relative to the US. Actually, I looked again and both Canada and Israel are also in the same category, so it appears that their position is irrelevant to your argument beyond the point that they're under the same category.

    Surely censorship should be opposed everywhere, they can oppose censorship in their own country as well as in another.

    Ha ha, I have a the least fancy phone on the market a Nokia 1100, and it does just that. I too have an AAAA contact pointing to 00000. I'm not charged if the message isn't delivered, so it's fine.

    I have a VIA P4M800, or something similar. The onboard graphics is a Unichrome which shares 1-64MB RAM. You can play Warcraft III over Wine with 8MB set in the BIOS to the onboard, but it looks better if you play in Windows (the driver must be missing something, or wine is).

    They chose to ignore the sentence, and I suppose the reason the case worked in favour of that spammer is because they chose not to defend themselves because US courts have no jurisdiction over them.

    I don't understand what you'd hope to achieve by [1], why not just keep 'where the program is' out of the list of things for the user to worry about? I fail to see the advantage that putting everything in one .app installation file gives, from a layman's point of view (I don't code, or design). What difference does [3] make, really? Unless you have a lot of non-config dot folders in your home folder I can't see why you'd be bothered with that. OS X is pretty, I'll admit that, but GNOME has been just fine for me so far, but I admit I have no idea what "An app interface building tool that has OS X level UI element default spacing" is but maybe Glade is of some use?

    Interesting comment on Intel's Classmate PC, but why did you say RedHat? A Fedora based distro runs on the OLPC project's laptops and the article mentions Mandriva. Heck, the _title's first word_ is 'mandriva'!

    Why not just make the launcher say: "firefox gmail.com" and set it to remember the user. I don't know when it expires, but then it's only a matter of clicking the Sign in button.

    I don't know much about this, but what does that mean? I mean, doesn't Folding@Home do funky stuff with the Cell processor? Does a single floating point operation on a PS3 the same as a single operation on a general purpose processor?
