    It would be a very smart buy for Microsoft and considering they are sitting on 77 billion in cash they could easily do it.

    Add BB to their Nokia purchase and they would become a real force to be reckoned with in the SmatPhone market.

    As long as they get rid of Balmer of course :)

    Buying more crap will do nothing. Sure they get the patents but without a decent product they won't make a profit.

    This is literally a $10 ebay WRT-54G with a free firmware upgrade solution.

    Adding a wireless device to such an environment seams a really bad idea! Stop the company that is meant to know the gear and let hackers in!

    The biggest objection to fracking is the unknown chemicals pumped into the ground, potentially contaminating the groundwater. These people pumped water down, not chemicals. There is no danger of contamination.

    So ground up recycled plastic bottles is not chemicals?
    I guess at least we know what they are.

    What so you would have them put major changes in the previous version as minor versions... ? there is only so much testing you can get on a branch

    In the more specific case of this spaceport, I would be considering the fact that most rocket programs so far seem to have had trouble avoiding more or less alarming amounts of hydrazine seeping all over the place. SpaceX's use of RP-1, at least for present designs, makes that less of a concern; but rocket launching doesn't exactly have a sterling reputation.

    SpaceX does use hydrazine!
    The draco thrusters are powered by the stuff.
    Admitidly its less of tha problem than the space shuttle that powered its APUs on the ground from hydrazine.

    True, continuous upgrads with technology help but unless these are done very carefully and well documented they could introduce new issues when they interact with some obsure poorly documented part of the origional system. Some of these plants are being modified after those who designed and created them have been burried and since no documentation is perfect I say some documentation died with the origional designers.
