    The question is, will this change once the colour-blind person gains ability to see the additional colour? Would it be ethical to use the "cure" in babies, or should you let the colour-blind person grow up and then make the choice?

    Visible light can kill you too if concentrated enough (eg. lasers) but it's likely that everyday you step out into sunlight.

    If you look up Fennec Foxes you will see that some people keep them as pets because they have similar behaviour to domesticated animals, and are indeed very cute. If you're considering having a fox as a pet, this would be probably the best choice.
