although I have no idea why you would run Apache on a Windows server.
Because sometimes you're forced to use a Windows server platform yet at the same time are under budget constraints and can't afford Microsoft's licensing models.
Isn't that like being forced to go to work by car (rather than by bike), yet at the same time being under budget constraints and not be able to afford gasoline?
The KDE UI is much closer to Windows than Gnome is
That pretty much removes the first question anyone new to Ubuntu will ask, "Where is the Start Menu?". KDE is definitely the way to go here, because the whole desktop looks practically the same an Win7.
That's the classical nerd trick. When the girlfriend thinks you're with the wife-to-be, and the wife-to-be thinks you're with the girlfriend, you can play Civilization in undisturbed.
Presumably Microsoft employees do look at the source code but some days I have my doubts.
Real programmers code blindfolded.
(Where one of the more proper definitions of the term, that real programmer == one working for a large company, actually fits)
letting bullies walk all over would-be students leads to things worse than medication.
I wholeheartedly agree with your post. Unfortunately our moral/law system is so fucked up that criticizing someone on a blog is a crime while beating up others is "character shaping".
Note that I'm not from America, and we don't have that many school fights here in Slovenia, but I suppose there are bullies everywhere.
The search engines themselves are all proprietary, but as a company Google is certainly the more open-source-friendly. They give $5M/year to open source projects via the Google Summer of Code.
The United States Supreme Court banned the government, using the justification that 'one player is denoted the President... [who] is tasked with giving directions to other players... [which] mimics the organization of a gang.' The court also cited some sparse evidence that a handful of other presidents once committed some crimes that allegedly were related to their governing.
Because by looking you would change the result.

KIA IS an acronym, it stands for Korean Internet Automobile.
And for all those years I thought it was the intelligence agency behind KDE's world domination plan.

Maybe not, but he at least deserves the regular one.
I believe the word you're looking for is nerdporn.
Thank you very much for this link.
