For the Chicxulub impact to have caused the mass extinction, it *must* have predated the mass extinction. How's it going to cause a mass extinction if it takes place after the mass extinction occurs?
I think what they're trying to say is that 300,000 years is a little long to actually attribute the mass extinction to the meteor. If it were the direct cause, the extinctions would have occured in a much more narrow time frame.
They only gave her the monoboob for the first 2 seasons because ABC wouldn't let them add detail to them. This also vastly limited their ability to add violence and put main characters at risk. You can see the real difference after they ended their contract with ABC in the first episode of Season 3 where they oversexualize Dot as Elvira, add violence to the show and of course, put characters in mortal danger almost every episode.
The movies, aka Season 4 really left me disappointed that it had been cancelled. Just when you thought they had resolved everything, you get hit in the face with Megabyte.
In Jedi Academy, or JK3 you get to dabble in both sides. If you choose dark powers, you have to adjust your strategy to reflect that, and the Jedi Masters warn you about your choice of force powers. I don't want to ruin it, but if you so choose, at the end of the game you can fall to the dark side.
Ummmm.... is it time to panic yet? Apparently they want to keep their team focused on development, but are still going to Leipzig in Germany due to prior booking.

As for the release date...
IGN: So April 1st, 2008, or beyond.
Patrick Buechner: Yeah, but I wouldn't say too far beyond.
According to This
Finding that a copyright owner has engaged in misuse prevents the owner from enforcing his copyright through the securing of an injunction until he has "purged" himself of the misuse -- i.e., ceased the restrictive practices. So, no more suing for a while, at least until they figure some legal way out of it.
Meh, Politicians are politicians. No matter who gets voted into power, the people are miserable and demand change.
I'd still rather pay the levy than get charged with copyright infringement.
This is ridiculous.
The PC Party seems incapable of coming up with it's own ideas. All they can do is look towards the US and emulate their behaviour trying to privatize health care and adding draconian copyright legislation.
Apparently it's not enough that we're assumed guilty and pay a levy on blank media in order to cover copyright infringement, next it will be to take away fair use.
Now, don't get me wrong.. If the money actually went to the artists I'd have no problem with it, but recording companies squeezing every bit they can out of their customers is something I have no patience for.
This is why the focus in newer games is on player skill (Age of Conan) rather than items and armour. Sure, they may help a bit, but not nearly as much as in WoW. This also serves to improve in game economies, as the player crafted gear is in high demand and is as good as the end game raid gear, increasing transfer of gold between players while still not making them gear dependent.
How it releasing a game about it different than releasing and book or documentary?
This way the topic gets much more exposure, and what better way to sell copies than to pick a topic of debate?
It worked for GTA.
I'm assuming if they are going to go as far as making the tags manditory, they'd take it a step farther and add checkpoints with security guards that would beep or blink when a tag walked through it. Easy enough to find who is and isn't wearing it.
Plus it would cut down on streaking if areas could only be accessed with the tags:P
Please crush Jack Thompson in a very public way. Show the world how mistaken he is, and make him a laughingstock. Wait... He could be more of a joke than he already is?
Why wait for 2.1?

So, how exactly is drawing inspiration from movies and video games less credible than TV series.
Cellphones, ipods and Palm Pilots all drew heavy inspiration from Star Trek.
isn't Blactivision already an old Blaxploitation movie from the 70s?
Well son, when a man and his gun love each other veeery much...

By that logic, it's ok for police officers to break into your house or car in order to see if there's anything illegal inside.
No, it isn't admissible in court, but it does give them a good idea of where to direct their limited resources for legal evidence collection.

Maybe it's time for a name change.. are they really all that secret if they have a website?

Looks right now like it's Xbox 360 and PS3. As far as I can tell there are no plans for a PC version.
Forget Ron Paul! Vote Colbert! He knows what the people want, and if they don't, then he tells them.
If I were in the US I'd demand a Stephen Colbert/Jon Stewart option.
