Especially when our Constitution overrules it.

As has been rehashed numerous times in the past, Apple will never release a version of OSX for the Intel platform. Basically, Apple makes almost all of its money from hardware sales. Obviously if they sold OSX for x86 systems, thats a sizeable chunk of cash that they'd lose.

You may remember when Apple permitted clones that Apple almost went under. This was because the clones were causing Apple's finances to hemorage like a hemophilliac.

I agree it would be nice to have OSX for my PC. I'd dump Windows in a heartbeat. Unfortunately, doing this would also mean the end of Apple, so its nothing but wishful thinking.

Specifically, pay attention to how companies will treat desperate workers like shit because there is no alternative for them to go to. Either work in this dangerous job for little pay and long hours, or your family can starve.

Secondly, if our employer's weren't FORCED by the government to pay for unemployment (and in some cases workman's comp), you could take out your own policy, picking what you felt you needed, rather than getting forced into your company's plan.

Yes, I'm sure the unemployment plan that I'd pay for would be much less expensive than the government program. Uh huh. Sure. If you believe that I have a bridge in Brooklyn I'd like to sell you.

    No, you get it right.

China and other so-called communist countries (the Eastern Bloc, Marxist Africa, Vietnam, etc) are not true communism, as envisioned by Marx. They are state-capitalist countries economically, and facist politically. For a quick primer on what communism is supposed to look like, I suggest the works of Emma Goldman, although she would term it Anarchism. Basically China is going about its communism much the same way as its gone about liberating the suffering people of Tibet. And I hope you see the sarcasm in that statement.
