Looks do matter however. In computers, in houses, in clothing. For most consumers, a laptop is an accessory, like it or not. None of the people want an "ugly" computer that they'd be embarrassed to use in public.
It is legal to sell or offer gratis software for a platform.
It is legal to setup a website.
Apple can claim whatever they want about jail breaking, but the only people they can sue over it are the people developing jailbreak tools and the people using them. What does this online store have to do with either of those groups?
