We get it already, 30% of high school kids drop out, our President has an IQ of 60, and smart kids are beaten in the streets, what the hell do you expect?
I love how they manage to completely ignore all the other vector-type architectures already in the market, and just compare it to Intel/AMD which are not even designed for floating point performance.

They know as well as the rest of us that it will take about 3 days for everyone on the planet to dump Google as soon as a search engine without pages of fake sites filled with ads or just irrelivant sites is all you get no matter what you search for.
Bands may as well just cut out ticketmaster then, no use for them or the scalpers anymore. They no longer add value, and an auction site is the demo application in most web authoring tools these days.

Hrm, odd. It's $200 for black. This to go with the 15" MacBook Pro costing more then the 17" with the same config I suppose? Apple rocks, their pricing people are clearly on crack.
I also note the external monitor the MacBook will drive is LESS then the ones my 12" iBook G4 will drive (1920x1440), and it has shared video/main RAM. Clearly the graphics are the thing sacrificed on this one.
Even so, with 1GB+Applecare (the lowest practical config) it's $1,448, comparable in price to any other laptop, and it will tri-boot:)
Want business, pay Google. Want more business then the next guy, pay Google more. Want to stay in business keep paying Google. Want to kill the next guy, click-fraud your competitors, so they pay Google. Oh oh, here some the spyware companies on your keywords, pay Google more money.

they are optimized to make one single threaded app go very fast, becasue that's what they benchmark.
Lets call it oh... a video game because that's the crowd that cant get a GF and thus cares about such bullshit numbers and spends $1000 on a bleeding edge processor.
So, context switching and message passing is sloooooooooooooooow... becasue it's caching everything and the memeory structure is 5 layers of indirection and 3 caches deep.

It's been a few generations since the plastic was clear and painted, it's been solid white plastic for a couple years now.
Now you have to paint them because there are so many around, it's hard to find the right one.
