We have to be carefull because there is Offshoring that is very beneficial for the US.

I once had to use the computer lab in the humaninties building at my University, and everyone was using a floppy. All the computers have zip drives, but no one uses it. My history major roommate, still has those floppy wallets where he keeps his research. These people don't own a real computer, they have no idea you can save on anything but a hard drive and their floppies. I think that until these people change, floppies will live forever.

H1, you have like 60 to find a new job, or you fall out of status. It's like selling your soul to Mr Biz. Some people came to the US expecting to just live the American Dream. Well the American Dream is not really available if your a slave. So me, I'm going to my country, get a menial job, and eat beans and rice. But I know that I have the right to ask for social security. I know I have the right to quit, and sit on my butt for as long as I want. And I won't be chased down by some green INS police if I get laid off.

Sorry I went on my little soap box, but I hate how they have set up work visas.

Of course said formula would be in a safe place.

Now I need to figure out a formula for all my passwords. Ohh I know newpass= oldpass, I really need to change my passwords periodically.

I love to read OSC, and I've enjoyed all of his books. I wanted to respond to the people that talk about Orson's beliefs, and how he does a lot of teaching in his books. I enjoy reading when he talks about spirituallity, like in Children of the Mind, and Ender's Shadow, but mainly is because I'm a mormon just like OSC. I had never really thought about how much he does tell, or try to explain many of our beliefs to the readers, until I read most of your replies. Part of the "Mormon Culture" is to tell people about our beliefs, so I feel that's what OSC is doing in his books. The cool thing is that he uses Catholic characters to portray the religios teachers. Many of the characters react the way, people react to when I explain my beliefs. So what OSC is doing is making you feel, just how the characters are feeling, disbelief. His portuguees influence comes from his experience as a Missionary in Brazil. This part of him is very clear in Xenocide.
