ROFL, talk about a load of crap. Even their own story mentions it was unknown at the time of publishing whether the car was in autopilot or not. Of course, it was super effective... the comments are full of crap about how autopilot is a crap feature that is killing people in a car prone to explosive burns.
The Zeppelins were rigid, true lighter than air craft with bladders used to control buoyancy and maneuvering engines.
This is a heavier than air craft with no bladders, only using aerodynamic lift like an airplane. And it doesn't have a rigid envelope.
Basically "flies like a plane" vs "flies like a blimp" is the big difference and what makes this a hybrid airship. It should also make this thing MUCH easier to handle.
1) Write an automated hack for some company's thermostats (I'm sure most of these companies have some report home feature that means you could get them all in one once you scoop up their list) 2) Wait till terrible weather time (January in the US) 3) Pwn all 500k of the units in people's houses 4) Set the ransom somewhere low like $5-10 5) Profit
I like how in the CGI video, the whole thing bends (including the cars!) like a big hot dog instead of the individual "cars" flexing at the joints only.
They probably financed with that bullshit forced sale of another router email they sent out last week. "Buy a new garbage router from us, or we'll start tacking on a monthly fee for the privilege of continuing to pass through our old one to your actual, good router."
And I used mine to plug into three different devices yesterday.
Cheapo 3.5mm jack speakers at my office. Line in jack on my Honda Fit House speakers have a 3.5mm plug to plug into.
We also have a set of speakers in the lab that anyone can plug their device into and play tunes while they work. 3.5 mm jack. Works with every current phone except the Moto Z, apparently.
On this note, have you seen the Daredevil TV series?
There are some overcut fight scenes, but some of them are nice and long and well choreographed. The first time I watched it, it actually made my brain say "something is wrong, I can actually follow this fight."
Weird, my wife's similarly-specced Chromebook browses quickly and utilizes very little memory.

It would be nice if that story was real.
I think you forgot point number four...
That's not even a Tesla Model 3, that's just something thrown together by a fan trying to guess what it would look like.
There's what an actual Model 3 looks like:

The aux cable in my car? The one at my desk at work? The one at my bench in the lab? The one to the crappy computer speakers in the greenhouse?
How about the one to my all analog input sound system in my living room?
And of course, my headphones and earplug-buds (ANSI rated!).
Apparently even nicer place to drive through at 155km/h
I actually saw this headline first:

Meanwhile, actual facts intrude:

Car was travelling at 155km/hr and autopilot was not on.

Hey, that is pretty sweet. I like the command args completion especially.
Yes.
For instance, if you root a Nexus 5, you can edit the system configuration in: /data/com.android.providers.settings/databases/settings.db
By adding "tether_dun_required" with a value of 0 to the global table.
Save it, reboot, and you can tether.

It is very different, IMHO.
The Zeppelins were rigid, true lighter than air craft with bladders used to control buoyancy and maneuvering engines.

"their useful idiots that have convinced themselves..."
Irony.
Heck, at 4.25 LY away, this civilization has seen Lost randomly flail around and have a terrible ending.
And now they're planning war.

What makes more sense is:
1) Write an automated hack for some company's thermostats (I'm sure most of these companies have some report home feature that means you could get them all in one once you scoop up their list)
2) Wait till terrible weather time (January in the US)

5) Profit
Nest will work just fine with no internet connection.

No, auto-Pilate can save you too.
But only if your name is Barabbas.
I like how in the CGI video, the whole thing bends (including the cars!) like a big hot dog instead of the individual "cars" flexing at the joints only.

Ironically, there is a difference: How fast your house burns down and whether or not you can escape it.
How apropos.
The rare non-Godwin Godwin.
Canada's transition went relatively smoothly.
They have what... 5 banks?
We have literally thousands.
Everybody I know already does this.
Call coming in that's not in your address book? To voicemail it goes.
With Google Voice transcripts, I don't even have to listen to them... DELETED.
They probably financed with that bullshit forced sale of another router email they sent out last week. "Buy a new garbage router from us, or we'll start tacking on a monthly fee for the privilege of continuing to pass through our old one to your actual, good router."
Fuck you, Verizon.

I think you just invented the hybrid.
