You earn that kind of money by doing stuff people say is impossible. Stuff that wasn't imagined before you came along. These "people who do the work" as you say wouldn't be doing the work if not for Mr. Musk - the work wouldn't exist. These people would not have jobs.
The idea you present here is what is wrong with America. I only hope that this comment is somehow sarcastic.
I find it to be bug laden and amateur for the most part. Use both Quickbooks Accounting (Retail) and their Point-of-Sale. Quickbooks works for the most part I guess, Point-of-Sale is Busch League...
By the time, and if this rolls out (maybe 20 years?), I would think that there will be a large % of electric cars for which this has no application to.
What would happen when three blast-offs blew up in a row? I know that statistically, under this scenario, this would be highly improbable, but it could happen. What would NASA's answer be to a general public who generally might not understand statistical analysis? These things do happen. It seems like too big a gamble, and I would rather not treat astronauts like guinea pigs, at least not overtly.
Along your line of thinking is the movie "Why We Fight", a decent documentary about the themes you've mentioned. It offers an interesting perspective about the role of capitalism in our (the US) military infrastructure. I recommend it highly.
Whoever uploaded the video, I would think would be the provider of the content, while having Google as providing a service that allows it's users to share their videos.

I need to start. If you can't beat 'em join 'em, right?

Pascal is on the index... Nice. That's my recommendation.

Cobalt Thorium G? I've seen what that can do...
Written by Apple??
If you can't dazzle them with brilliance, baffle them with bullshit.
And release Powerstone 2 on XBox Live Arcade

Get ready to sell all your google stock. /sarcasm
I'd mod that funny if I could. I was actually thinking of playing that card.
At least Bruce Willis is still around. We'll be fine.
In 360 million years, you will be ready for their gas tanks.
The coolest computer monitor in the world.
iPad
Now wish me luck against Apple's attorneys.
I want to mod this something, but I'm just not sure which to use... Maybe I need the SortaFunny/MostlySick (+0.5)(-1) combo.
OK review... Could have used more multi-player details.

I would think the (Fix-It)^(n+1) would suffice.
Of course, as a mac user, I would say OSX=(Fix-It)^(n+1). Who needs mod gratification anyway?
