There will always be some that complain no matter what, but it's not the majority. Once again though, the AF takes care of its people. They know that well-rested people do a better job at work. And I've been to the exchange--by American standards it's hardly a mall and calling it that gives a completely wrong picture to those who have never been there. It sounds like you may be a little bitter about being assigned at a more forward location instead of Al Udied.

Sorry, but that's just falsehoods. I stayed at the barracks in Qatar and Balad, Iraq. Saying they're resorts is ludicrous. The AF does, however, take better care of its people. There's nothing wrong with that.

He was a Captain in the Navy. To me and anyone else who understands the demands of a military O-6, that is executive experience.
