It's lots and lots of grinding for money so you can experience a battle for a few minutes and then you're back to 10h of grinding. It's hard to find a fair player, most of them will try to scam you in any way possible. Honorable players are rare. It's next to impossible to [find] a fair fight. There are definitely great moments in game, but the amount of negativity is overwhelming and that is the reason so many people leave after trial runs out. Even those who have full accounts take breaks and often complain of boredom. It has a very low ratio of fun/"time invested".
if i'm dreaming and i have to pee, i'll usually find a bathroom where the urinals don't work.. no one's there so i start peeing in the sink. however, since i actually do have the urge to pee, it never subsides, so i just keep peeing and peeing in my dream. usually more people start coming in the bathroom, but don't really notice i'm peeing in the sink or don't care. sometimes the sink get's clogged up and overflows with pee. eventually i wake up and go to the bathroom.
what you had to do was instead of pushing the cartridge all the way in, only slide the cartridge in far enough to clear the edge and then push it down. no need to wedge it in with another cartridge.
i bought a $5 multitool at the hardware store and removed the tools from it. get some copies of your keys made, cut them down to fit, and stick them in place of the tools. the multitool i bought holds eight keys, four in either handle. that just happens to be the number of keys i have too~
And why doesn't everyone here pretend to like Twilight? It's genre fiction and insanely popular. Maybe the Slashdot crowd likes XKCD because it is great, and they hate Twilight because it is crap.
maybe twihards like twilight because it's great and they hate xkcd because it's crap?
or perhaps it's just because different people enjoy different things? nah, couldn't be that.
what a useless link. huge page full of text and the only mention of old growth logging is contained in a couple of sentences based on old information.
Since the 1980s the environmental focus has shifted to old growth logging, which has proved a highly divisive issue. The Tasmania Together process recommended an end to clear felling in high conservation old growth forests by January 2003.
If the parent doesn't object to, say, their 14 year old driving a car, drinking alcohol, or smoking a cigarette, or seeing an R-rated movie, why should it be the State of California's business to tell them they can't?
i'm not sure about smoking tobacco, but a parent can allow their kids to drink alcohol and drive (preferably not at the time time) at home on private property (in most states.) lumping an R-rated movie in with that is lol, but unbelievably parents can also allow their kids to see those too!1~!
it shouldn't the government's business and it isn't. this type of legislation should NEVER go through, because it's my job as a parent to decide what movies/games my children have access to, not the government and certainly not some faceless ratings organization.
i was taking this basic 'intro to' math class. i got the first exam back, and most of my answers were marked incorrect when i knew they were right. the supposedly correct answers were written on my test and some were relatively close, while some were not. perhaps you can guess where this is going.
i asked the teacher what was up and as she was checking my test, i saw her answer sheet had her work shown on it and realized quickly what the problem was. yes, she had rounded all the fractions to two place decimals as she went, introducing sometimes large errors to the final answer when many fractions were involved. one of the correct answers was actually an integer and she had a decimal! lolwut?
the test was copied straight out of a book and had an answer key of it's own. i showed this to her and that the books answers were the same as mine and tried to explain what she was doing wrong, but she just didn't understand.
the internet is for porn.
expect to see penises around every corner.
in america, we have this awesome thing where people are allowed to express their opinions whether you think they're batshit insane or not.
i'd rather not have someone else decide which opinions are worthy of expression, as someday it may be my opinion that isn't popular.
if you think everyone uses noscript for speed reasons, you're the moron.
yeah you can use a fake name to create a wow account, but if you ever have to prove it's your account you're most likely boned.
access to porn leads to teen pregnancy? i must have been sick that day.

sounds strikingly similar to my life.

clicking the link left me disappointed.

That's a nice idea. Unfortunately, I suspect there might be difficulty in getting such a contraption past the security check at an airport.
i don't fly, but i really doubt it.

because they are within their rights to beat you well before that, as they should be, because what if you have a gun?

They want a robot that can do everything that a hooker can do.
and everything that even a hooker won't do.

Because games with smoking in them are like pictures of naked people?

"Finders keepers, losers weepers" doesn't apply in the real world.
actually it does in a great deal of cases.

What does the donor look like now, and what are they going to do about not having a face?
he's going to get a face from another donor. duh.
i bet these people would arrest jonathan swift for making a false report too.
