They created they own it. If anybody can copy it without paying for it, then there's no value for them. The result for them would be the same as if you had taken it.
I'm not saying someone who bought a song shouldn't have the right to copy it for backup purposes or to listen to the song in other devices, but copyright laws shouldn't be abolished.
