I am an expert in the field of government agencies and their ability to fuck shit up. The EPA is shit. There is a better than 50% chance that when they say something about a situation that is fully understood they will be off by 180 degs. On something like this the chance that the EPA has this figured out correctly is 147.3 billion to 1.

Then on the day they stop trying to kill people to shut them up I may give them some respect. Till then FUCK THAT PEDO THE PROPHET MUHAMMAD!

By the way. I do not go to church but I do believe in Jesus. I also would stop with deadly force some fucking right wing Christian wacko attempting to kill some clinic doctor if I could. I suspect that the logic(aside from the fact that it simply isn't economic to store everything in blast vaults), is that today's cheap, common, ubiquitous digital formats are widespread enough to more or less protect themselves through sheer numbers(can you imagine how much of the earth's surface you'd have to nuke to get rid of all the AOL install CDs?); but that the incentives and technology required for them to be readable and useful in a few decades, or after a modest nuclear exchange or something, are actually quite rare. Thus, you put the work and money into building the reading/decoding tech, and just bury that.

If you had any ability to understand simple concepts you would know that Google Voice is only available in the US. This is not because Google loves the US and hates crappy foreign countries. This is because they only have US numbers to hand out. If Google for instance gave you a US number you would then rack up massive LD bills and whine on /. how deceptive they were.
