States and municipalities can twist that. Depending on the seemingly innocuous circumstances it's just a double charge away from being put on a list. I'm just sayin'...
THIS. Also, it helps in setting reasonable expectations compared to management who simply can't understand why a simple technology request can't just be done in a day.
It does here in California. Urinating in public can put you there. Although it gives levels of offense, I don't think people who pay attention to those lists care much as it usually says something vague like "Indecent exposure" or "Public exposure", not "Was drunk, pissed in alley" or "TSA trollin'"
They didn't imagine the listing of the ship would cause the water to spill over. They figured a few feet below the waterline was safe enough. After the Titanic sank they eventually requires watertight compartments to traverse the width of the horizontally to allow water to flood evenly up to a certain point, preventing complete sinking and allowing for rescue.
I'm inclined to agree... but it seems plausible. Internet cafes overseas feature many of these games and it seems like a good alternative communication method.
It's highly likely his accomplice flipped on him in a plea deal.
I see what you did there...

Who hurt you? :-(
This makes me wonder if Kickstarting legal funds could be viable for David to have a war chest against Goliath in these kinds of IP controversies.
Not for me. You can get out through the entryway and follow the roads to civilization!
No. They just had Gommorrhea.
So it's.... YOU who decides what these right reasons are? ;-)
Who decides what the right reasons are? Isn't making a living a good enough reason?
No you didn't. :)
Naw, son... ya gots burned. Accept it, please :) *pat on back*
THIS.
Mine goes to 11...
I know him personally. Everything he's ever done has been a derivative of flax seed oil.
Aww, that was nice! *hug* :)
What are these dangerous by-products, exactly? I've seen this expressed a couple more times in this discussion.
Maybe you should have tested before deploying? *shrug*
Aren't those all public record, though?

You might also recall the Titanic was reported to have made an erie sound as it went below the water. I believe it was described as a "WOOSH!"
