    The problem with that is people pay money for a certain speed. Its like paying for a gallon of gas and it turns out you can only use a quarter of it. If I pay for 10 mb/s or whatever it is, I should get 10 mb/s

    But what happens if someone else has a grudge against you and post some stuff that doesn't reflect well on you?, what are you supposed to do? or a google search turns up a different person with the same name thats done crime or some similar thing, what are you supposed to do then?

    Obviously since someone that is not necessarily from the us is asking on slashdot which is the best reference site for various languages, the us IT sector deserves to be offshored, even though people from other countries are not much better then the US at IT. *Disclaimer* I'm from Canada

    is it really a bad thing that kids are being interested in politics? I would rather a kid be interested in politics then a kid doing drugs or getting involved in similar activities any day of the week

    when you get a big enough user base, there will be alot of people that complain no matter what you do, they could make it only use 8 mb of ram and someone would complain about that for some reason.

    Then maybe you should blame your ISP, If I pay for 10 mbps, then I should get it right? so why should people have to be capped when they are paying for a certain about of bandwith? Its like getting gas at a gas station and then only being able to use a litre of it once its in your car tank even though you paid for 5 litres of it

    a cd with copied music isn't illegal if its your 1 backup copy of the album which is fair use if you bought the album legally
