If you retreive the patch via windowsupdate(only works with IE), the EULA doesn't say ANYTHING about DRM or crippling your ability to access secure content!

Well now we have two versions of the same EULA with conflicting conditions, both of which are posted in VERY public places! Now I'm no expert on contract law, but with two publicly posted conflicting versions, as far as I'm concerned, we can safely ignore both! Way to go Bill!

You need some serious hardware to reach that depth. The pressure is over a ton per square inch at a mile down. The specs on the website state 1000 feet for the main sub and 2000 feet for the mini-sub.

That's 30 times the normal atmospheric pressure of 14.7 psi! At over 400 psi (that's over 30 tons per square foot!) those "large acrylic viewports" are going to pop like giant bubblewrap!

I don't know what information vacuum you've been living in but there were a significant number of innocent victims in the bombing campaign who had nothing to do with bin Laden, in fact, they were victims as well. As far as acceptable proof, I will accept what would be acceptable proof in a (legitimate) courtroom. It must stand up to criticism (cross-examination). Also don't forget that the burden of proof is on those who seek to demonstrate his guilt.
There is absolutely no evidence whatsoever than anyone is profiting from this disaster...
Oh I could think of a few arms manufacturers and a few oil companies who stand to cash in big time.
As far as Osama being behind this, I say to you: Show me the proof! Proof is not some fuzzy videotape conveniently "found" a couple of months after the fact.
