it sounds like your problem is with the parent company, and you are making unverifiable complaints to back that up.
half the time the units do not work as advertised...The sound is mediocre
i have used a m-audio 1010lt for years and i have no idea what you could mean by that. the sound is not mediocre and the features of the sound card work. if you are going to bash a company like that, wouldn't it be more fair to be specific about which products you have a problem with and what the problem was.
there are pro studios that dump a final mix onto a PC through that card's XLR ins. seen it with my own eyes. i suspect that your issue is that you think that you need to spend more to get a "better" audio interface. best blues i ever heard was on a pawnshop guitar, man.
...is tat amount to...
oh an not to be a jerk, but i think that you were looking for tantamount the more you know, etc.
the M-Audio 1010LT has 2 XLR inputs, and there is a jumper on the card to determine if you want them to be line level or mic preamped. there are also a ton of other ins and outs. if you want XLR out, well, i haven't seen that either. but if this is what you are after, i have the 1010LT for years and i swear by it.
i always liked how those keyboards looked. the moto droid keyboard is okay, better than a piece of glass, but i would love to have bigger more defined buttons like that. i sometimes miss the keyboard on my old green LG, but i am getting over it...
i am not sure that i understand what you are trying to say. the moto droid has basically the exact same dimensions as the iphone within a millimeter. however it has a slide-out keyboard so when i use that 100% of my screen is displaying the app or site
i have a moto droid and while the onscreen keyboard is awesome and the predictive text works great, it takes up about 75% of the screen. if i am on a site (like/.) where i am going to be reading and typing with regularity it is nice to have the option to slide out a physical keyboard and get the screen back.
your numbers are jacked up: you do realize that the Droid is just one of the many devices that runs the Android OS, right? A developer would not just be selling to the 800K Droids that are out there, but all of the devices.
also: you are ignoring a lot of other smartphone sales when you assign 99% to Apple. Apple is only selling around 14% (Q2 2009) of the smartphones, worldwide. Android is around 3% in the same time period source
you are either trolling or ignorant about the Droid, but the app space is limited to the 256mb internal memory but apps can write to the 16GB card that is included with the phone. in my experience nothing else uses the internal memory and most apps are tiny...i have a ton of apps installed and close to 200mb left.
the policy document most emphatically does not state that the searches take place in your presence.
you missed the part about how they can seize the information (make a copy) or the device that it is on and search it at an outside location, with or without specialized help (translation, decryption, subject matter assistance, etc.) and only are required to destroy it if it is determined not to contain probable cause to seize it. that is ignoring the fact that they have, in fact, effectively seized it already.

i can only speak to my experience with the droid, not android in general. there is full push/pull for gmail, contact info, and google calendar. calendar seems damn near instant, mail is a little balky when it is syncing the sent mail folder or sending an email to archive from inbox. but new mails come faster to my phone than to an open gmail tab on my PC.
i have only used the gmail app (comes pre-installed) not the android email app, so if you are planning on syncing to something other than gmail i have no idea.
seemed like piratebay.org was down last night, and trackers hosted by them were erroring out. anyone else notice this? i can't have been the only person trying to...err...evaluate some software.
i have heard that the moto f3 has a cult following of bare-bones phone users. probably can find it cheaper than on amazon, but here it is with a decent write-up.
the eInk screen makes it kind of sexy and 300 hours of standby time is pretty nice for people who don't use it much.
i agree. honestly, and this isn't a troll, i think that the iPhone 3G camera is pretty horrible. didn't the 3GS introduce autofocus to the iPhone? maybe that one will be better because of that. i have an older LG that has autofocus and the shots (when set to max resolution of 1600x1200) are pretty good for a lens the size of a pinhead. they look good printed about 4x6 and okay on a screen up to about 1024x768. a smartphone should have results at least that good, since my phone was $80 when new and about $40 now.
and conversely, just because you don't like the news article about a gadget doesn't make it an advertisement.

and in every thread that even remotely involves IP i see you attacking strawmen and beating dead horses. so, what's your deal?

what emulator are you using? i have a Droid, but have not gotten around to researching them yet...

"Ask not what your country can do for you, but what you can do for your country." That got man to the moon.
no, twenty-five billion dollars, well-spent, got man to the moon. the attitudes of average americans had noting to do with anything.
a plausible story. perhaps too plausible...

looking at his other replies in this thread, i think that he works for NetZero
so you sell me a package that advertises a maximum download speed of X, but if i use it for 15 minutes straight you will take it away for 15 minutes?
so i have to use less than 70% of X at all times or risk having my service interrupted. hmm, that seems like it is a little one-sided.
aren't the vast differences in experiences and opinions that we can glean out of life delightful?
The vast majority of people who buy books by Umberto Eco do so to prove how "high brow" they are.
the vast majority of assumptions are incorrect, but if you are right that's their loss. i love Foucault's Pendulum and the Name of the Rose.
I don't see how a non-native English speaker could be a better writer IN ENGLISH...
Umberto Eco. full stop.
oh god, man. you should have put a warning label on that link. it took me 4 hours to get back to this tab!

except that it won't be vapid, over-privileged 20-somethings that are fed with alcohol to increase the likelihood of fights and random sex.
ahem. not that i have watched the show, or something.
hmm. i haven't noticed my negatives getting any larger in the last couple years...

nicely played, but i think i want a Pre with a horizontal layout that i can dual-boot to android. but maybe that's just me :)
