What I am hearing is that the RIAA Blitzkrieg is purposely broad-based, so they sue pety-thieves and grand-larceny with the same vigor?

    I gotta barge in.

Where can I learn how to fileshare BUT stay off the radar?

E.g. what amount of filesharing, or non-college-filesharing, or anonymoyzer of some sort should I use to not get sued? I need a definitive answer, not speculation.

I assume the sued-people are hushed, but don't they leak out the lawsuit details somewhere so we can all learn?
    Thanks

But, I have also seen OS stuff bloated, even more so as every developer wants to get his name in on the sourcecode and exploits unnecessary features (see Tool#2 above) simply because it can.
