    i think a show on scifi channel would actually be a good spot for something like this... like back when zdtv (the precursor to todays techtv) did its c|net shows on there. however a show on, for lack of a better and non-weenie word for it, 'cyber' politics and culture would be a good platform to get these things out. kind of like the screen savers but industry and political issue driven.

    that lets xbox users cheat? i mean how prevalent is this for xbox users (or ps2, gcn, etc.)? i haven't even heard of such a thing (most modchips just allow nongame code and nonregion games or movies to run), however i don't doubt their existance or probability in the future though...

    yeah i think many people misunderstand the point of the new box...

    it is so that people who don't have a gba can play gba games on their gcn...

    like u said, i don't know how many people will be all over this, but it is a nice option to have i guess. i imagine it would be good for a household w/ multiple kids and a single gba but lots of games. if one kid is playing the gba the other could play a different game on this box. i wonder if it will support gba linking so you could play multiplayer w/ the other kid who has the real gba...

    it is a great project. i get around 98% accuracy and have been using it for a while. it is just getting better and better...

    yes, unlocking will allow you to switch providers that use the same tech (say verizon to sprint as they both are cdma) but it won't let you switch between different techs (verizon to cingular, cdma to gsm)... that is the problem...
