    My home PC has been having some problems. It seems slower than ever and both the ethernet and disk activity lights seem busy, even when the machine should be idle.

    iOS 5.x can use iCloud for everything including backups and syncing. My mother-in-law has an iPad that was set up and deployed without a computer, the iPad being her first gadget.

    I had a Sony Trinitron on an old gaming rig that I ran at 100 Hz (most it could manage). I used an Elsa Revelator setup, 3D shutter glasses and video card.

    Each eye got 50 FPS and it was smooth as butter for most games (late 90s, early 2000s). For some purposes higher rates monitors are a good idea.

    Actually I would hope health insurance companies in the US grow a pair and refuse to pay for hospital treatments for kids who are unvaccinated (by choice and not medical reasons).

    Make the parents pay for their retarded behaviour.
