    I really like Brian Cox, too. In one episode of Wonders of the Universe he mentions how Carl Sagan was such a big influence on him. He's definitely passionate about science but Sagan just seemed to ooze it from every pore. Perhaps it was the weed, who knows?

    But, yes, Brian Cox is excellent. For those who haven't seen Wonders of the Universe, it's highly recommended.

    (I still watch the entire series of Cosmos probably once a year. Great stuff.)

    Yep. Remember how RIM was always boasting that 500K Playbooks were shipped then had to slash their actual sales projections by something like 2/3?

    Ever own a Blackberry or Android phone with locked down bootloader?

    The fact is the bulk of devices we "own", we don't get the goods for. I didn't get the code for my microwave oven or TV set or HD set top box, et al. ad nauseum.
