It is my understanding that here in america that the burden of proof rests on the plaintiff. Also Rule 45 for civil procedure says that the defense does not have to provide discovery for the plaintiff(s). INAL, but I think I'm right here.
I agree, Google doesn't even have the same principle business activity. They are even expanding and becoming further diverse. I would hate to see complexity or even, shudder, ads on the google homepage. Maybe that was the first idea the former micro execs had.
Ordinarily I would say that you have no arguement since the cell phone is a privledge, inner city schools have been banning them and there have been no deaths because of it. In homes the cell phone has come to replace regular phones, at least in my case not mentioning skype. I'd say if the jammer is liable so is every other means of avoidance and if the person in the next room has their TV too high to hear the rape then the TV manufacturer is now a party. It would be a lengthy discovery based on what your arguement is.
It is hilarious, my downstairs neighbor yells every time my dog jumps off the bed saying it woke him and these guys can't hear a wall being torn apart. Did they hire the guys from that nuclear plant in NJ?
True, and it is partly correct. How many tech apdt friends will rip and burn movies to avoid buying them, maybe 2% of sales. I can reference the buddy whip speech in Other Peoples Money a la Danny Devito
John Travolta, good watch. Quote; In the calculus of trial law, a dead child is worth the least of all. It's all about settling and these manufacturers would rather send out cheap simple sets that can turn red water blue than to send out a huge box of chemicals not a lot of kids would have the attention span for much less understand. In today's fast multi variety childrens market it's just not worth the investment...
So what's the problem? He already had the CASH/STORE CREDIT and was REPURCHASING the drive when the manager took it away. So if they took that drive away after he bought it does that amount to theft by the store? If I were him then I would call the police instead of the store, if I had not commited fraud then I have nothing to fear.
I remember back in the day finding a pile (I mean like 300) of computers outside the school and going nuts and I quickly filled the family car several times. ANYWAY, I dreamed of networking all of the machines and even bragged to my friends about the possibility I would have cumulitively 100+ gig of storage after consolidating. That was 98'. Who knew 9 years later I'd have a 1TB external drive I could carry around with me with a much lower elec bill. That is how I appreciate it...
to know what crimes to commit, robbing a bank or robbing a guy's ssn from the dumpster. At least there's only a 50/50 chance you're going to jail with one and 100% with the other. We'll only see this form become more popular...
Within a thousand, it's total sold - total number in the field that are working - those in repair in apples shop - a fair number for lazy people and cross corelate that with those who refused the brick update and you have X.
My guess is that it is higher than 250k
Not offtopic, just commenting on one of the emails sent. Besides yelling without the fear of physical retaliation as the author noted people feel obligated to share their medical and surgical history to elicit sympathy.
Personally I don't care what kind of pills people have to put into their body. To me complaining about your physical ailments just makes me want to walk away from any conversation. Really, who wants to hear about my tummy aches and how my fred flintstone vitamins taste bad but my mom makes me take them anyway...
Reminds me of the kids at toy stores who keep pushing the button. I bet 'that' won't be a problem.
--If I see a kid push it more than 5 times then I act flustered and say "That's too fast! It's gonna crash!!" and run away. The looks alone are worth it...
I live in NYC, you don't see 500k+ Mercedes Benz McClarens parked in front of the corner store every night. If you can afford a car like that then the asking price isn't much. I doubt many volvo's will be on the elevator.
He said this years ago, but in any case it was in fact easier for him. There were no video cameras and no dna evidence and he was not fingerprinted ever before conviction. IE, no paper trail and no way to say it was him until he slipped up, had he changed certain elements he could have continued. He was only caught because a stew recognised him, too bad he didn't go to a country where he couldn't have been extradited first. I'd say it was easier for him, the only easy thing today is that the tools he had to find are now downloadable.
I'd go without the meal period. Unlike most people I have no problem going 8hrs+ without a meal. I do it most everyday because I am so busy with work. In business my margins are also slim, I want to keep them as wide as possible. If that means I ride with the chickens in the back then that's fine. I for one don't need to feel like donald trump while travelling and I can wait the extra few minutes for my luggage to come out just as I do now. Maybe if I exceed a mil for my gross my time will be worth it, but for now I'm always the guy who voluntarily becomes bumped off the flight to wait the extra day and to recieve the $X.XX voucher.

they should have nothing to fear or to complain about.
I was going to respond but I'm on my way to a meeting to stop womens sufferage.

Google has a very different culture. Microsoft employees, the veterans, are used to business a certain way.

I guess microsoft will no longer be supplying italy with copies of their OS...
Unless they are telecommuting from europe then I think it's fine as long as they still buy food and pay rent in american dollars.

I'll buy those monkeys and 12,000 typewriters as a way to challenge them and prove even a monkey can beat a computer!

They have to do something, what with all those pretty girls wanting to get to know me and give me private shows...
I have to pay for the uninsured drivers. It would be nice to have them pay, but hey, since I'm here and it's enforceable...
