b) They didnt wimp out with the ending...the nukes actually flew.
The only problem with that is that it flies in the face of the second movie, where Judgement Day was a possible future, not the future, set in stone. There is even an alternate ending with Sarah Connor in the future seeing kids (her grandchildren?) playing in the park that got destroyed in her dream, indicating that they had stopped JD.
In the third movie, the future is immutable, you can't change it, one way or the other, which in my opinion is weaker from a story telling point of view.
That's not to say it's not an enjoyable silly movie, but it's far from the heavy hitter and absolute classic the second is (which in my opinion, is a greater movie than the first one as well).
I think that the grandparent is wrong because of his beliefs, but wrongly held belief by the grandparent poster is that he understand statistics enough to criticise this study.
You do realize that the rent-a-cop that feels you up is getting the cancer, while the white glove robber baron that made all the money off scaring and endangering the american air travelers is still fucking comfortable diving into his money a la Scrooge McDuck?
In that case they can just add a simple robots, txt to tell the "parasite" to go away. And then start waving their fucking magic wand around to make people discover the site directly.
Because they don't want their sites excluded, they want to force some other company (google) to pay them money for the content since actual readers refuse to do it.
But Google can refuse to show their content if the options are either pay for crawling it and not to crawl it.
Of course, I wouldn't put it past legislators to force Google to crawl and pay.
This is further proof that Google already has a working time machine, in order to steal the revolutionary 16:9 aspect ratio, the 4 inch display design. The original evidence was the roll-down notification bar of course.
When you reopen Chrome after it has crashed, try using Ctrl+Shift+T. Most of the time, it will open the last opened window. If you keep doing it, it will keep bringing previously opened Windows/Tabs.
Of course, you're insinuating that Apple scrambled with one month before announcement and redid their entire design to rip off the Prada, which I'm taking from you involves redoing the iPhone to be a touch screen based product. And, of course, this was a blatant copy, but LG never bothered to sue.
No, he's insinuating that considering the design constraints, the result will be very similar when trying to do a touch device, presenting a similar device from the same time period that arrived to that design through the same process Apple followed. Given that externalities drive the design, the resulting design shouldn't be granted exclusivity with the full backing of the law in detriment of other providers and, ultimately, consumers.
The PHD Movie. The acting is a bit amateurish, as they are all real students, but I believe is part of what makes it great. The deliveries are excellent and the plot is something you'd never get from Hollywood: interesting, witty, funny and good.

It's exactly the same in Argentina. Venezuela just started doing it before.
Because that is considered illegal in the country, and would make Google, which has an office in country, liable.
So, it's a spreadsheet, basically? It isn't a bad idea at all.

Have you heard of Open Source?
Because the power to run a Pentium 4 for 2 years would cost more than getting a modern little embedded box.
It is in some countries with heavily subsidized electricity and high import tarifs.
It might be the same reason that Nigerian scamers still say they are from Nigeria: Animals that are scared of big spiders stay away, while insects that ignore spiders get caught by the web.

Moat alligators are known to cause Cancer in the state of California.
When can we start travelling over there?
We have to establish colonies with factions fighting each other!
What makes you think they weren't doing that even before this?
I'm curious, where have you seen it being advertised as the Java language? I'm trying to find any reference that isn't related to the java.lang libraries, but I can't.

Fuck, I meant to link to 1984 on the second link...
