    b) They didnt wimp out with the ending...the nukes actually flew.

The only problem with that is that it flies in the face of the second movie, where Judgement Day was a possible future, not the future, set in stone. There is even an alternate ending with Sarah Connor in the future seeing kids (her grandchildren?) playing in the park that got destroyed in her dream, indicating that they had stopped JD.

In the third movie, the future is immutable, you can't change it, one way or the other, which in my opinion is weaker from a story telling point of view.

That's not to say it's not an enjoyable silly movie, but it's far from the heavy hitter and absolute classic the second is (which in my opinion, is a greater movie than the first one as well).

In that case they can just add a simple robots, txt to tell the "parasite" to go away. And then start waving their fucking magic wand around to make people discover the site directly.

Because they don't want their sites excluded, they want to force some other company (google) to pay them money for the content since actual readers refuse to do it.

But Google can refuse to show their content if the options are either pay for crawling it and not to crawl it.

Of course, I wouldn't put it past legislators to force Google to crawl and pay.

Of course, you're insinuating that Apple scrambled with one month before announcement and redid their entire design to rip off the Prada, which I'm taking from you involves redoing the iPhone to be a touch screen based product. And, of course, this was a blatant copy, but LG never bothered to sue.

No, he's insinuating that considering the design constraints, the result will be very similar when trying to do a touch device, presenting a similar device from the same time period that arrived to that design through the same process Apple followed. Given that externalities drive the design, the resulting design shouldn't be granted exclusivity with the full backing of the law in detriment of other providers and, ultimately, consumers.
