    Thats what ive been doing in the winter months, only used the heater a handful of times.. usually when its under 0F. But yeah usually keeps the home above 70F inside.

    "compact metro areas" I lived in North Hollywood, CA which has those types of areas. It takes over an hour to drive 10 miles because every couple miles you sit in traffic for 20 minutes at a time... gridlock. Im done with that.

    I have noticed only people in NY call it a superstorm, anyone else would call it a cat 1 hurricane or TS. I feel this planet goes through cycles of extremes, pointing at humans without proof is just another way to tax people.

  21. I would say more peer networks would work well, unfortunately in alot of cases it would take alot of resources on the host computers but it may be the price to pay to keep your data yours. Look at BitTorrent, Bitcoin or most other P2P systems... government has a very hard time stopping their use.

    This is a NIDA study, and if you read their press releases they state "NIDA is only looking for negative effects of drugs, they disregard anything else they find" That is not science, that is bias! Also that was a rat study, not humans. And one more thing, if it was legalized it would be sold in liquor stores they would card... unlike drug dealers in the current legal situation.
