    Its not a viable solution for an entire country. It also does not address the underlying problem of the law being ridiculous.

    I disagree, perception is reality. You seem to be saying that its best to be fast but have a screwed up UI that causes the user to perceive it to be slower, hence slowing down their actual interaction?

    If it is actually significantly slower its going to be hard to make it look/seem faster.

    A degree is a requirement for a (lot of) job(s). Attendance at uni is not. If you can get the degree without attending then why not? It would free you up to actually learn something...

    What makes you think that it's not PR?

    I think we are confusing STV systems. STV != PR-STV. However as common usage of STV is PR-STV I stand corrected. I believe PR-STV is also the system desired by the lib dems.

    The Lib dem version of STV would have you vote for parties AND individuals.
    Getting back to my original point, PR-STV does not give me a single MP to represent my views in government.
