I'm tired of gross over-generalizations and stereotypes of people based on what you see in the media. The problem is as much the media polarizing people and labeling everyone. Then people have to look at what category they appear to fit in and assume that they have to agree with the popular opinions of "their group". The media states that everyone who disagrees with the conclusion of global warming must be for big corporation and a Christian. So then people like you continue the stereotype. Thanks for the vote of prejudice. You should do some research on all the scientists that are not Christian and don't believe in climate change. There are lots!

I'll take a look at that, but the problem as I see it with all of the languages is cornering your code into a limited knowledge base. It often takes a company like Google to push something out mainstream that gets lots of people to know it well and provides a good base for adding engineers to your team. My fear in going down a narrow road is that it will be hard (or expensive) to find someone to help.

With the frustration of working with so many different languages and some that only work when you load in a bunch of code (jQuery...awesome, but JS should do all this natively) or a framework, I'm very curious to see if Google is in fact focusing on web development and can provide a platform that allows for simplified coding without lots of browser overhead. Why do we think that languages should stop and never evolve or change or die? I for one don't want to still be coding 20 years from now with JS and PHP the way they are. Would love to have something that works hand in hand between server, db, and browser in a more seamless way. I'll wait to see before passing judgment.

While I agree that a hologram projection would be kinda cool (though a street chase won't seem right in my living room), stereoscopic vision is what makes our brains think in 3D, if you will. Stereoscopic images are simply trying to provide exactly what your brain interprets as 3D. Each of your eyes only sees in 2D. We have trained our brain to look at simultaneous 2D images and interpret the message as 3D. I don't see why we can over time extend and improve the stereoscopic to make a full 3D experience. In my opinion, it will come when we are projecting the image directly to the eyes...like wearing wrapping glasses with a separate image per eye. Then the simulation could be far better than even holograms.

Can any phone out there sync as nicely as an MS based phone to Outlook? They all have programs and adapters, but do any of them simply plug in a sync everything? If they do, then I think MS is going to have a hard time. If MS still owns the sync, I would think that many like me will easily adopt a Win Mobile 8 phone that syncs well and works well.
