spend all day watching rachel madcow, jon oliver, and stephen colbert ranting and raving about him.
That's before the most recent algorithm shift. Now it would just be Trump videos and only if you're lucky would they be from multiple accounts/changes. The YouTube algorithm as a discovery tool is nearly totally dead.
I say this as someone who does most of his texting via a desktop computer, but if something doesn't work with a real computer, then it's just toy tech. It's bad enough when social media sites go mobile only (more sad when it's just a web view for the app) and will only do push notifications vs email alerts. Something that's supposed to be universal should not be restricted to mobile devices.
Do any of them take traffic conditions into account? I use my phone to navigate to places where I already know the route just so I'm not caught off-guard.
They never change the price points, just the hardware. The top of the line Macbook Pro has been $2799 for over 10 years, regardless of what's inside. 10 years ago, it was a 17" screen instead of 15" (but lower DPI).
They have a huge locked-in customer base, and high profit margins. Any other hardware manufacturer would love to be in their position.
I have a theory. Jobs wanted to have his hands in everything. He only has so many hours in the day. Even with Jobs gone, it seems that they're still running the company the same way. Despite having billions in cash reserve, they aren't spending it hiring more divisional management - they are letting less profitable segments wither and die because they're being so short-sighted and giving them no oversight to grow.
If you've ever seen a regular Chrome user's computer, you know there's at least one rogue extension that they can't explain how it was installed. More likely, several - and one of them changing the new tab page or redirecting searches away from Google.
Yeah, I wouldn't trust a study from a University that surely gets a lot of money from Monsanto (or, rather, new pesticide/herbicide/chemical division of Bayer) - they're practically neighbors. And surprisingly enough, the article recommends more pesticides as a solution.
Based on archived audio which has an automatic copyright. The voice model should be considered a derivative work under copyright law. So I assume the family would.
It's not as bad as all that, just go on Amazon and search for a review by Benson Leung. A Google engineer who has gone all over buying crappy cables and testing whether they meet the specs and are wired correctly.

We had just entered an era of so called platform agnosticism with the web. Now it's being rolled back all over again.

the principle of free market economics
And does that include wire fraud and crime? Or do you at least want some sensible restrictions on freedom?
ACT is simply a test of knowledge not ability to learn
It is a test of your ability to learn during high school. Or maybe a test of your willingness. But willingness is also important in college.

Of course they do. But it's not to switch vendors - it's to push for lower pricing with Intel.

And that's because a 2012 Macbook Pro is at least as fast as a consumer-level $500 Windows laptop from today (likely faster if i7).
You have to wake the CPU for that. That's a lot more than you think.
Two days.
Imagine if a handful of apps on your phone were this bad. Would your battery even last through the day?
It's pretty likely that Hindus moving to Jamaica are who originally introduced cannabis.
A biological imperative is not a purpose.
Why don't you go back to your homeland? Where is that, again?

You must work for a smartphone manufacturer. Please quit your job and let me decide when to retire my electronics.

They're smelling chemicals on a PCB. Not silicone, silicon. And it seems that they don't mind having false positives.

I'm already paying my ISP for that bandwidth. I will not pay twice.
