    I thought the whole point to discontinuing analog TV service and freeing up that bandwidth was to provided wide area Internet. *facepalm*

    The point to discontinuing analog TV service was to be able to sell off bandwidth to private companies who wanted it and were lobbying for it. Just another case of Americans being sold out again by their government.

    Look, copyright is NOT an all inclusive thing. That's what fair use is about. Excerpts, properly attributed, are FAIR USE. Why are you even worrying about this stuff? Sounds like you are trying to overcomplicate your life.

    yeah close... a p3 800-something, you guessed the ram and were close to the hard disk space (40 GB). Fully functional battery, and it does everything i need it to (which is why I can't bring myself to plunk down $300-700 for a newer netbook/laptop). I hear what you are saying (really) but it's honestly VERY nice to be able to use old hardware when it can be used, and it just seems a shame to abandon working code.

    yes, but i'm very dissapointed. I was thrilled to have 3d support on this old laptop with a r128 mobile chipset and for my old 3dfx boards on my legacy system.

    The inventor is pitching it as a remote vehicle for searching in cases of disaster areas, and for military operations. For disaster areas, no arguments, but for military operations it would be of very limited usage. From the video, it is VERY loud, seems like it sounds like a leaf blower.

    It is quite likely that they found pornography.

    Bin Laden was a spoiled rich kid who became a mafia leader. He sought power. He killed innocent people and his own mafia partners to gain power. He used Islam as a means to that end.

    I find no reason what so ever to expect that he was dedicated to God, except in terms of lip-service.

    Furthermore, his mafia organization (al-Queda) probably used Steganography in the porn for transmitting messages.

    They do. The option to prompt for each cookie received is an OLD option (had it back in Netscape). It makes browsing bloody near impossible. The "purpose" field is a nice idea though.
