One the biggest issues in this case was use of a double standard. The jury ruled that cause prior art couldn't run on iOS device it wasn't valid prior art. But if you use same logic the iOS patents wouldn't run on Andriod hence no infringement, but they ruled that part didn't matter and found Samsung did infringe. Its what i like to call the Political standard, commonly employed by Obama.

Um fair use, no. Those movies captured from video games give credit to the game they are taken from. The video used by north korea uses games with 0 credit to the game makers. But with that said any those videos on youtube the game creator is well within their rights to remove them but they don't as its not to piss off their fan's. N korea used the video in what is a clear IMO threat to the US of nuclear weapon use. China their biggest ally wouldn't stand by and allow that to happen.

Yea it was, but wonder if reason you can't resell your steam games besides ones like assassin's creed III which has striped down version of uplay which you have to register your key with, is the game companies that choose to have steam as their distro platform. Some of them made that call to say they couldn't transfer games. If its made easy to sell a game to another person, protections that are needed to be in place to stop say someone from getting their account hacked and all their games transferred to another person for say 10 cents.
