    2. Wait, release patches.

    as long as drudge is providing the info where they took the quote stuff from, i don't see how AP has a case in this. They provide a link to original story on AP its not stealing if you are giving the credit to the original writer in these cases

    that loading the program on puttin the cd in, Sony tried that shit already and got raped majorly for their effort's. they can't install anything on your computer legally without the owner of the pc's permission

    yea, even judges are starting to get pissed with all the copy write bs cases the riaa is putting up. They are starting to question their tactics for getting their info, and even wanting them to show their methods to tell if said person is guilty of it. They go as far as hiding all this from the defense, which is illegal to start with. They have to give up all that info for the defense to have a chance to prove its faults. Which this bill will have same issues that riaa have.

    Most router support QOS so if you run bt on one comp you can set that port priority to very low and it will help. if you got say Dlink DGL router. (http://support.dlink.com/emulators/dgl4300/Basic_Internet.html go under advanced then, click gamefuel)you can set up connections through certain ports to be limit its priority, usin that on mine i got 1mbit upload i can use 90-100kB/s up and nplay games with only at most 10ms increase

    the injecting of fake stuff on the fake content they can get away with, but the ddos attack is straight illegal in any forum no matter who its directed at since it not only effects the site in question but the connection of the company that host's it takes the assault and it effects the rest of their business.

    yea this happening to a data center, i never heard this happening before myself, i've heard of power outages. when it comes to major data centers they pick an area that don't have outages rarely ever. this just a classic case of "shit happening"

    well laptops would get it more then likely since SSD's are known for using less power to run on issue with platters, its harder on the drive when you power off the comp and restart it all the time, its harder on the motor's
