No, Google still has not gotten email complete on Android. They have never had the ability to send group email, and off version 4.4 they have lost the ability to email non-image files.
They are like half way there, but providing you with an OS with working email out of the box appears to not be a priority for them, so who knows when we will get it.

Not really, some computers, really powerful computers (about the same as playing the most intensive computer game on the absolutely highest graphics possible), can play a few of these games without huge game wrecking glitches. At best I would call the emulator a very early alpha; Proof of concept.
And we still do not even have something even that good for the original Xbox. The only reason we have something that is even decent at emulating the PS2 is because it is far older than even the Xbox and by far the most popular console of all time. And really that is only like 50%. Very popular games have been made to work, but you can pretty much forget just getting some random PS2 game popping it in and playing it.
Which is not to say that the current gen will not be easier to emulate, but that is a lot of power to be emulating even if it is already basically 99% a normal PC already.
The N64 was probably the last decently complete emulator, and you have to go all the way back to the SNES era to get one that is 100% working, every game works, launch and go.
For this case I think I would disagree. While I would never use it myself, iPad would be best. Having a Nexus I have to say it takes a lot of configuration and knowledge to get it working. It does not even come with working email out of the box, and needs third-party email and other apps installed to even do basic things like email.
And these third party apps are almost certainty going to be 10 times more confusing and complicated than the built in iOS ones.

Are you telling me that industry has so many regulation on how a car handled a crash that they all pretty much have to look alike, but no regulations at all the prevent a car that is near impossible to drive without getting into a crash?
Even hardcore gamers, the last game released that required users to update their rig was Crysis back in 2007. Gaming has completely stagnated in the last 5 years, and people can basically play the modern games at the same settings as what they were able to do for Crysis, all those years ago. You no longer need to update to play the latest releases.
My very first computer was obsolete with in a year, one of the earlier games I played on it required more that it had and we had to double the RAM to play it.
Now my 6 year old PC will play any game on the market, and this does not look like it is going to change anytime soon.
It is private, it is a private business, owned by a person. There are different rules.
Hell some of them do not even allow you in the door without a suit on, and you definitely are not allowed to secretly record things on private property.
Send lots of money. The debt from this money is then leveraged to get the country to sell its resources to international corporations. The people of the country now have to pay for water, and are restricted from hunting and fishing on their native lands. The people cannot afford to pay for this privatized food or water and cannot gather it themselves any longer, so they starve to death.
Staving to death over the course of days is still not the nicest way to go. Also, there are so many complete pansies in western society, that a large number of people would not ask to have life-prolonging treatment halted for a suffering loved one.
It is possible to be in constant pain, and have a severely limited mental state, but still be able to chew and swallow.
