    Winter snowbanks in Northern Wisconsin are about as hard as concrete, and considering the temperatures dip to -20°F or lower, fiberglass shatters when it hits something like that.

    So Snowbank == Concrete in terms of destruction.

    seems to me that the ps3 is selling fairly well.

    and for the record, the ps3 slim now has a matte finish to it, no longer becoming a fingerprint magnet.

    Most likely not. With their current setup, you're allowed 5 downloads of a game that you purchase over the PSN. After 5 downloads and reinstalls though, you're required to purchase again.

    With that said, Does EA make Assassin's Creed II? Does Insomniac Games make Assassin's Creed II? the list will go on, and the answer is No. If there is a game that I really want, then I guess I'm SOL unless Ubisoft decides to change their DRM Scheme, and by looks of things, they don't. So it comes down to this (from a legal ownership standpoint)

    A. Buy and Deal With it.
    or
    B. Forget about it and move on.

    $10-$20 per drink?? Jesus, i can get sloshed on a $20 here in the states. Granted i live in a podunk little town, and a mixed drink will cost you (on average) about $2.50

    except the ps3 community actually got a demo to play... along with GT5 Prologue... great games take time. Lookit Killzone 2. was supposed to be a launch title, but that made it out fine.
