    I'm in NY. They been talking about "Tech Valley" BS for years. AMD has been taking years to build a plant up here, and even when it is ready to open, all the upper tier tech positions are being filled by out of state workers.

    The majority of the good jobs are going to local union construction, electricians and plumbers who will be working on the different sites for years, not the local techies.

    It's actually kind of primitive. The big part is just a mag lite body holding the batteries with a modified cap to wire to the transmitter with the magnets zip-tied to the body.

    They found a loop hole to nail Rob Black.

    Once the videos from his site were sold, they nailed him for using the US postal service to spread obscenity or some other bogus outdated law like that.

    The ruling in this case is totally bogus but if you ever saw any of Max's work, it's kind of hard to feel sympathy for the guy.

    I disagree.. Social networking is great. IE: Facebook is great tool for reconnecting (having sex with) old friends from years past. It has had a very positive impact upon my social life IRL.

    It will hurt them. If Apple has to start making an OS to support various hardware platforms, it will become buggy and crash prone like Windows is. Thus all the Mac fanbois will no longer have a basis for their argument that Macs are superior to PC's.

    But even if they win, Apple will probably pull some crap about only being supported on their hardware.
