Just dispense with your CD making biz and buy an old Ozzy Osbourne. Oh, wait, that might make you kill yourself; or at the very least stammer too much from all the drugs and alcohol you'll consume.
I supect buying a CD from The Carpenters would do the same thing (and you could find it on the bargain bin.)
I think this finally points to a replacement for the space shuttle that was sorely needed. The shuttle is a decent space truck, but we need a cheaper (and safer) space "bus."
Hopefully it will be designed with a space station or dock in mind. It's my understanding that the shuttle was retrofitted for in-space docking such that the International Space Station almost had to be built around it.

You should seriously check out a Denon AVR-3300. It is solid, has 4 digital inputs (3 of them are optical) and supports 6.1 surround. It is quite fun to configure, and its on-screen display is pretty cool.
Also, you can't go wrong with a good set of Klipsch speakers.
SQL Server and NT is stable enough to do TB sized databases. I think that SQL Server is actually MS's best product and I can't think of one that is more stable.
The poorest thing about MS SQL Server 7 is the fact that its admin console uses IE (the most unstable creature in the Universe.)

Having worked on HP-UX and AIX, I have to say that I don't see HP-UX as being inferior to AIX.
My personal experience is that AIX seems quite unrefined and buggy. It seems more like a clone of Unix (than say Linux.)
Perhaps I've just scraped the surface of both. I definately think Linux has more features than both HP-UX and AIX.
Maybe some accountant gone cracker will do my taxes for me.
Without a harddrive and such a limited applicability, can this really be the $100 PC? I guess it really depends on your idea of PC.
It's an interesting contraption, but I wouldn't consider it a mainstream usable PC.
Sounds like $900 is a "suggested retail price."
I prefer to use The Schwartz!
Ahhh, heck. People have had this cross platform functionality for years.
It's called Java.
Yeah, but can you hook up a Commodore 64 to it?
Is NASA using Energizers?
I'm not an expert on this but I believe you would also get wind off the river. So you could combine water turbines and windmills.
I want one made out of "pure corinthian leather."
I'm waiting to buy one of these at Wal-Mart for $18.95.
And if Tron-boy gets too bored he can turn his costume into a stillsuit and get lost in a desert somewhere.
Can I buy one of these satellites on ThinkGeek?

I have a Denon AVR-3300 and it sounds pretty good powering my Klipsch.
