Apparently you hate the idea of universal health care... but do you have to try to bring it up in every conversation? This has nothing to do with govt/market; it is about private companies that used to sell you a computer to do and save stuff now want you to rent a computer (for lack of better analogy) to do and store stuff.

While this might be nice to some who have no intention on maintaining a computer and care not for privacy, many people would not like these services (and some of the rates are outrageous... some not so bad). How did your bring the government in this convo? That makes me think you haven't really put any thought into your position on healthcare.

Alright asshole... have you read the patent? It constantly mentions "not having to use a computer" to do this "autoblogging". However, you are using a computer. A small one, designed for a specific purpose, but still a regular old computer. By your thinking the netbook is patentable. The laptop was too (although perhaps when first thought of this might have been patentable). But with the amount of small computer devices (phones, pdas, even computer controlled led-screened remote controls, netbooks and much more) that already have an IR port and can do all of this with a computer... this invention of a small computer to reproduce things that can already be done does not constitute a novel idea. If you think so, that's fine. But I will conclude that you are the one using stupid logic. If you think adding the words "facebook" and "twitter" make it novel, more power to you and your lifetime of following the crowd.

The gloves lessen the blow, but they also make it possible to sustain a fight for 10 rounds... that is where the damage occurs. Getting knocked out isn't that big of a deal, it's the repeated blows that mess you up.

Fail. I don't think this has anything to do with searching for child porn. This is dealing with a highly organized collection of data at some company/organization. In that case, if you need to find 10 guys test results, then you use a where clause; otherwise it is the same thing as searching where an elephant cannot be housed... you will never find the test result of ARod housed in the record for McGwire. So you must use a properly formed query... just as you would when trying to pull a report on sales to make a business decision.
