That's not why they want to kill you, they want to kill you because you do not believe in the same religion they do.

To be more precise, they want to kill everyone who does not believe as fervently as they do in the same interpretation of their religion.

Question: who is "natural born"? I propose all candidates must prove they are natural born.

My father once told me this: you can't be neutral between good and evil.

There are times when we don't have the full facts at hand, yet we must take sides, we must make decisions, because staying neutral means supporting the evil side.

When I see reports that a woman's fingers were chopped off for the crime of using nail polish, when i see the videos of public stonings at the football stadium, when I see the street pictures of women wearing burkas, I MUST take sides against evil.

I don t need fully confirmed reports to believe the Taliban commits atrocities, having seen so many pieces of evidence that they do. On the other hand, having personally known people who work for the NATO military, i find it hard to believe that it is a formal NATO policy to commit acts of atrocity and cover it up. People at NATO may fuck up at different levels, they may try to cover up their asses, but it's not the organization's policy to do so.

Yes, it was: "The fact that internal law does not impose a penalty for an act which constitutes a crime under international law does not relieve the person who committed the act from responsibility under international law."

The only reason why Stalin wasn't tried at Nuremberg was because a high level bureaucrat at the US government was a Soviet agent. This book shows some interesting plans the US and Britain had to invade Europe from the south, instead of northern France. According to the author, it was Soviet influence that made the allies chose the much riskier and harder invasion through the English channel.

After invading Italy in 1943 it would have been relatively easy to invade through Trieste, which would have had the advantage of cutting off the Nazi oil supply from Romania. The reason that they picked Normandy was that this route would leave all Eastern Europe to the Soviet Union .
