    Nice work! I have a similar project, but using J2ME, works on cell phones, palm and pocket-pc.
    You can download Here, and is free. When I get some time, will upload it to sourceforge, i already have the project name reserved, SmartMap.
    Would like to start it as a Google Project instead, but it says the name is taken :(

    They target the US and Israel beacause those countries have taken thier lands and killed their families.
    They didnt target Canada, Russia or China.

    Isaac, here in Argentina Delphi is used a LOT. I myself have worked the past 3 years with delphi 6, with no plans of upgrade because it works great.
    And depressing why? you have read the MFC documentation? that's not depressing is maddening!
    The VCL help is great, and it has made my a lot of money.

    Interestingly, this printer has 4 cartridges and even if you use only the black, it decrement a counter in a chip located inside the cartridges, and when that counter reach zero, the printer stop working even if there is a lot of ink remaining, preventing any refilling. Yes, here it is. DRM in printers :)
    There is a nice hack for this model and the 2500, involving taking the chip of the cartridge and burning it down with high voltage. Then the printer uses all of the ink.

    Hey, I am from Argentina, we have food but not money. That machines gonna be very useful here. And I dont think anybody would steal and sell them, the things are made like toys for kids.
    I am a programmer and can program in linux and embeddedd devices, where can I find a SDK ,simulator or something so I can start making software for that things?

    We will not be capable of that in a long, long time, if ever.

    QNX is a example of a fast, stable microkernel OS. Also it's used widely in industrial machinery where Linux is simply not trusted. QNX is based on unix, and some versions are free. Take a look at it. (I'm not a QNX employee, just a user)

    I was banned from #linux at undernet because I say that Netbeans ran much slower on linux than on windows. Banned! And sadly I was not trolling, because is 100% true.
    Btw someone knows how to make java swing applications run faster in linux? I am still chained to vmware...

    I remember now, one time a few months ago we were running a security audit on our software, and I was able to crack the security system implemented by this guy, his nephew. Of course, was not that simple, in fact it was pretty advanced, but he stored the password as a combination of random characters, and I spotted it in the debugger easily.

    I work in a group writting CAD systems in Argentina. One of my coworkers, is Mr. Provenzano's nephew, but he didn't know anything about his uncle "activities" on the past, until that day. He was reading a online newspaper and suddenly started yelling "My uncle! damn is my uncle Bernardo, my mother's brother! A mafia boss! I can't believe it!! etc. (in spanish, of course)" He took it with humor anyway. (Now we RESPECT him a little more hehe)

    Maybe, his life is better that way. Some of us are too different, too hard to fit in this society like everybody else. Can`t be "saved" because this enviroment is what make us search for a exit.
    I think that is better to spend 12 hs gaming, that being 12 hs doped with prozac or other drugs, or
    suicide. You may think that your life style is better, but you never know, maybe that is a new form of life,
    the online life. If he is happy that way, i say leave him alone...
