Just raise the price of postage a little and discontinue delivery services on Saturdays. That should take care of it. I know people have advocated replacing the USPS with private carriers but I don't like that idea at all. First, the USPS is a longstanding service invented by Ben Franklin before we even became a nation. Second, private carriers would probably be more expensive. Third, private carriers probably would not deliver to many rural and residential locations (much like Fed Ex and UPS operate now) that the USPS delivers to now. Fourth, we've seen that private carrier quality of service is really no better than the USPS http://news.cnet.com/8301-17852_3-57345876-71/computer-monitor-tossed-over-fence-by-fedex-man/

I was twice a Netflix member. I quit because I wasn't happy with their selection, which is really only of value if you have children. Now I'm an Amazon Prime Member. Amazon is priced competitively plus as a former studen,t I'm now paying $40 per year for the short term. The selection of "free" movies for Prime members is comparable to Netflix's selection but there is a greater selection at additional prices. Plus, I get the added benefit of free 2-day shipping for anything I buy through Amazon. On the whole, I think Amazon Prime is a better deal. I'm primarily a linux user with Chrome and my only issue is having to use Firefox just to watch movies because Chrome's built-in Flash player doesn't support DRM.

The key word you used here is HEAVY pot users. In moderation, alcohol isn't bad for you (unless you DWI). In excess, you kill brain cells, suffer liver damage, etc. Food in moderation is okay...too much food and you become obese along with all the health issues related to obesity (ex: diabetes). Its okay to play video games once in a while...but, play WOW day and night and you may end up ignoring your job, your wife, kids and health. Most posters here are not talking about heavy use. They are talking about occasional to moderate use.
