    we are moving toward an economy where employment of people is not necessary. What do to about that, and how to feed those people, is a separate issue (but certainly not Netflix's problem).

    It will be when that portion of the populace has no money to pay for their service.

    Which would have been fine had they remained merely a vendor to whom the process of digitising the archival content was contracted to, but here this company has essentially been granted the copyrights for said content. They are apparently doing the job for free, but will charge anyone seeking access to the digitised content.

    It is understandable why the good folks at NASA/JPL made the choices that they did. But if increased weight was a factor which stopped them from putting in more robust wheels, couldn't they have used something similar to what the Indian mars mission did, and launch the vehicle into a polar orbit, and from thereon, perform a Hohmann transfer?

    Passive civil disobedience in the face of systematic and violent oppression, such as displayed by Indians under Gahndi and American's under MLK, takes a lot more guts than what Snowden did.

    Yes, but Gandhi and his followers had the people of their country backing them, and in the case of King, the black community (and numerous other supporters). Snowden didn't have any sort of concrete support for his actions from within the US.
