Yeah, this guy already tried some dirty tricks before, i suppose most MEPs should be aware of his qualities by now. I don't think a black box like this will be european law, or they would like have to make a 180 degree turn on their privacy stance, he might get it thru in his own country so maybe it's a good thing moodies is trying to bring them down, that way they'll have to focus on more important matters. If not , someone will just have to come up with a way to circumvent the logbox

Most of them would see through the standard conditioning anyway. I'd only need one nuke , because no one would know where my ninja's are, no one would dare take hostages because they know we would just come in and level the building and take them back, without hesitation. i think you overestimate the capabilities of the average user here. If they need a workaround it'll be in the hands of 'underground' people who know where the on/off button on the pc is located. This should give the parasites who actually sell copied dvds a field day however, like with any measure like this since al capone it helps nothing but to enrich minorities. Its blatant how they just overrule this decision while they otherwise claim its impossible once the ruling is out. The worldwide legalists once more demonstrate their dark powers. There's a lot of scandal going on here atm anyway. Raids on companies who are forced to pay immediate fines or else their gear gets confiscated, leaving them with bare desks to do the job on. All powered by one particularly notorious judge. It's a festering hole. Whole police corps under investigation. Moodies pointing the finger at us, the gov't rolling over for Sarkozy, it really looks bad, i'm afraid this is going all the way to greeceland :p (we have more people in govt service than they have and about the same amount of inhabitants, plus we have an upkeep to pay for five different governments who are entwined here) it can impossibly work the way its going , some rats have already abandoned ship.
