... it was delayed to let the rest of the world test it before it was released in Japan, so as to avoid any issues occuring in the first major release version of IE7? Makes sense if the Japanese market is so sensitive to them that they'd risk losing business customers.
On the positive side, they worded it so it could apply to the Wii as well.
Still, I hate them. Really. I just received the mail order TV tuner card I was going to use for the Wii I was getting shipped from Lik-sang so I could use my monster monitor for it.
Really, not really angry at Sony any more. I just hate them. I really hate them. And I am a god-damned tree-hugging hippie.
Turns out it's just a matter of wanting to do it. Start64 pointed me to Deer Park builds from Vector64, and it seems to work fine with my plugins. Granted, I haven't tried Flash yet, but I'm in no hurry to test that.
Godsdamnit, why must it be so hard to get proper 64-bit OS support?
Yes, I know I can get an alpha-build of Minefield/FFx3 in 64-bit, but that's just not cutting it on a work computer. Might be fun in a VM, though (which is where I always use unfinished and dangerous softwares, e.g. IE7)
I can't believe you're the first one to note this; that was my first sentiment when I read the summary. Cause and effect would more likely be reversed here, if at all the relationship is that simple.
My gf has a non-pro Mac lappy, and I've been told by others that the "shut off when you close the lid"-"feature" could be switched off on the Pros. Why that got me moderated as troll I don't know; guessing someone was mad that I said something bad about their loved ones.
Just to top it off, there's firmware restrictions on the "consumer-level" computers from Apple. Don't want you Macbook to sleep when you close the lid? Should've gone Pro.
Lik-Sang appears to be taking pre-orders, though without stating price nor release date. I think it's a pretty safe bet though, since Lik-Sang are pretty well priced usually. (Note: I live in a country with 25% sales tax)
Yup=teh sukc.
Besides, first post is no excuse for not getting laid nor not having a job.

Yeah, I have been getting very few mod points lately as well.
Lick-sung.
Or lick-wang.
Or something similar.
Yeah, the system's been kinda stingy lately with the mod points.
Somebody not realizing that you're not joking will probably mod you funny.

Depending on the type of vasectomy, you might want to check up on whether it has worked as it ought. Some types are prone to failure.
Well, seeing as it has the most important function of all here, Bluetooth, just get a headset and put the sucker in an obscure pocket or in your bag.
That would go a long way in explaining this post.
Unless, of course, you were serious?
Points for taking time trying to enlighten another person. :-)
Thank you for posting this. This is needed every so often in /. debates.
Scratch that, all the time.
First time I've seen it though.

Cliff just didn't correct it before posting.

AdWords is a great example. I set up ads for people all the time there and most of them are happy as little school girls.
...I'll cut you some slack for actual ad breaks...
Apply directly to the forehead!
I actually recall a Playboy CD-ROM available in the early 90s (around 1993) designed for Mac OS 8/9 (ca.) and Windows 3.1;
When used in Win3 you could minimize the video window, and the 16x16 icon would then keep showing the video. W00t.
Come to think of it, that was probably a QT-feature. Still.
Oh, and er. The porn. Was. Erm. My cousin's. Yeah. Totally not mine.
Drop Your Panties, Sir Arthur, I Cannot Wait Till Lunch Time!
That's not scandinavian. I believe that it's from a serbic translation book (or some similar, old east-block land)
OTOH, there's been differing reports on whether or not there will be a region setting at all. We shall watch... and pray.
(To all non-Scandinavians: Sorry, but it'd have been uninteresting for you anyway if I'd written the first part in English)
