The court is still allowing you to speak in front of it, you do not have any republication rights in the 1st amendment. its free speech not free license to republish for a mass audience. That's an harrowingly narrow-minded view of what our first amendment protects -- and worst of all, of governmental accountability. If they have a way to allow me to attend this as an observer without interrupting the proceedings, it is important for me, from an educational point of view, to see where the law on this stands.
