A year ago when Vice City was the hot GTA title, I went driving with my girlfriend and she asked if I would change the radio to K-CHAT. I actually reached for the dial before we both realized that we had been spending a bit too much time playing/watching the game.
I've found that it can be dangerous to drive after playing GTA for a few hours. More precisely, it can be dangerous to be a motorcyclist on the same road with me after I've played GTA. It's just so fun to give them a little bump and send the riders flying!
Anyone else notice the guy by his car in the "after" picture which is apparently actually the "before" picture? He's below the first white building to the left of the flash, near the bottom of the tree line.
He is absent from the streak picture.
He is back again in the "before" picture which is actually the "after" picture, standing near the cliff edge at the left end of the beach parking lot.
Clearly the streak is an artifact of the EM pulse created during his teleportation.
You can already do that. Get an iMac with a Bluetooth module in it and buy the Bluetooth keyboard and mouse. To connect your speakers and printer, get an AirPort Express. The AirPort Express also doubles (or would that be "triples") as an 802.11 basestation so you don't need a network cable either.

I just want to connect an iPod to my car's stereo (stock equipment) with a minimum of fuss. BlueTooth seems like a nice way to do it. Couldn't you theoretically build a BlueTooth receiver and the other relevant electronics into something the size of an audio cassette and still have room for a AAA battery or two to power it? Then you could slap your BlueTape© into the cassette player and stream music to your car's stereo from a BlueTooth-equipped iPod.
