You're almost right. What the corporations will do is spend exactly the same amount on upgrading the infrastructure as they were already planning to spend and pocket all of the extra that they're getting from the government. Then they will use some simple accounting tricks to make it look like the government money led to huge improvements and they will refuse to make any more improvements until they see more government money.
Usage Note: Council, counsel, and consul are never interchangeable, though their meanings are related. Council and councilor refer principally to a deliberative assembly (such as a city council or student council), its work, and its membership. Counsel and counselor pertain chiefly to advice and guidance in general and to a person (such as a lawyer or camp counselor) who provides it. Consul denotes an officer in the foreign service of a country.
Nah, he wouldn't need to activate Windows just to perform the test. Even if he did he'd just have to call up to get the code from Microsoft. Annoying, but not debilitating.
Make an accomplishments section on your resume and list some of the things you've done as major class projects. You don't have to mention that they were class projects in the resume. When the interviewer asks about it you can go into all the details and show them just how knowledgeable you are even without real-world experience.

Step 1: Don't buy it.
let us continue our selfish leeching
but don't forget to seed when you're done!
You still haven't answered the most important question here. Does the show come on before or after Judge Judy?
Gravity is only a theory.
It actually runs pretty poorly on Windows too.
You RTFA AND RTFM? My internet hat is off to you, sir.
I didn't say it was easy. My dad is a teacher. The amount of vacation time happens to be one of the reasons why.
Some people get into education because they get more than 3 months vacation every year.
My brother is an artist and he made some of his best stuff when he was high on pain killers after a sports injury.
How do you know he's not doing all of those things as well?
I'd kill you for free, but that's also illegal.
