Counterpoint accepted. All I can do now is sigh, shake my head, and hope my Android phone purchases show enough interest to keep manufacturers/carriers' attention.
One would hope at least one enterprising company would spot a market supply failure and create a product there. There is demand for Android; Google would have work pretty hard to scare manufacturers away. The key here is what is considered "too much", and frankly I don't see Google being particularly ridiculous about it.
I want to disagree with you on one point - I'm a console gamer, and I'm loyal. I love my 360 and definitely prefer it to the Wii or PS3. Contrast that with the N64 - a fantastic system at the time - and then the letdowns of the GameCube (never really succeeded) and Wii (catering to casual gamers does not cater to me). I bought both a GC and Wii because I was a loyal Nintendo fan, but they've lost my loyalty with those two systems. 10+ years of loyalty, and 10 years of failure to lose it... that's a long time. I'm much more likely to buy the next Microsoft console than the PS3 (or next) and I won't go near another Nintendo product.
That said, it's the only Microsoft product I like.
Which is half the point. Some engineered languages enforce a single pronunciation, while others are fully regular and therefore regional discrepancies in pronunciation would map differently without impeding the ability to spell.
Relatedly, English sucks. Even if it's the only language I speak!
Your argument boils down to eliminating arbitrary currency on the basis of it having no intrinsic value. Would you propose we return to a barter system? The only reason currency works is because it has use as a universal exchange medium between arbitrary sets of goods; bartering requires both parties have something the other party wants.
Faith in the buying power of currency is what gives it value, because without it, the exchange of goods would be so unnecessarily difficult as to significantly hinder the exchange of goods and overall economic growth. You seem to have a massive failure in understanding of what people on/. mean when they say "imaginary property", which is "intellectual property". It has nothing to do with assigned value to intrinsically worthless materials (currency).
Pff. You can't just pretty up the outside and expect the insides to work better, n00b. You have to wax your CPU (and modem) to make them slick - decreases friction to make your computer run faster! Also, I heard putting graphite lubricant on your RAM works wonders, but I haven't tried this myself.
Posts like this make me wish I had mod points and could repeat-cast them for the same post. +1 True, +1 Informative, +1 Interesting, +1 This makes me want to cry. C++ is an awful language. If you haven't seen this, I think you'll appreciate this rant by Linus Torvalds.
Don't forget a credit card mag stripe reader so you can, you know, PAY for the electricity you're dumping into your car. Unless you get free electricity, which is a whole other story.
Around here, we pay $0.10/kWh. Not a whole lot to juice up the car, but definitely not 0.
Whoops, that was me not realizing I wasn't logged in. Not intentionally posting AC!

Okay. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Toshiba_4S
SRDO: Sprint Relay Data Only http://www.sprintrelaystore.com/data_only_plan.htm Price competitive with T-mo, IIRC.
I hate you. I am going to have nightmares for years from this.
+1, Sigh.
On the 4th circle of Hell, they make you play FFXIII. I can't think of a valid reason to willingly play this game.
Then how do you explain the terrifying driving skills of most taxi drivers...?
Rules of the internet? It's a bit more specific than that: Muphry's Law (not to be confused with Murphy's Law)

His left finger looks like it's touching, but I'm not entirely convinced the right one is.
Regardless of that nitpick, it is still showing 2 MOhms, which shouldn't draw nearly enough power to do anything he thinks it's doing.
Purely speculation, but does it look like the black probe is even touching the metal...?
I kind of wanted to mod you -1 for that, but it felt wrong to punish the truth. Even if it makes me sad.
My kingdom for some mod points...

Don't you mean 512M, or did you misquote 640K?

Oh. Right. s/Patent/Trademark/. Be that as it may, you're still asking about the "2. ???" step ;P
Are you really asking this question?
1. Patent phrase "It's on like Donkey Kong"
2. ???
3. Profit
You're asking about Step #2. You must be new here...
I do not think that word means what you think it means.
You have it backwards. The liter was originally defined as 1 kilogram of water at 4C and 760 mm Hg.
A liter is now officially defined as 1 cubic decimeter, which makes the comparison to water only approximate.
