By that reasoning the original $53.84 that Mr. Yellow is paying is not even coming out of his money since he is not the one that worked for it. That extra amount is just a 35% tax on whoever is paying him.
According to the first illustration Mr. Yellow puts in a full $153.84 worth of work and then has taxes taken out, but Mr. Purple only works hard enough to earn his $65 after tax? You can't have it both ways. Either they both put in the pre-tax value of work or they both put in the post-tax value of work.
Truth. Only one of my friends has completely ditched Facebook to move to G+, and he works for Google. Nobody else can be bothered to move since we are so entrenched in Facebook, and Facebook really isn't as bad as people try and make it out to be. When the big migration from Myspace to Facebook happened it was because Myspace was already terrible and getting worse.
I applaud you for at least attempting to RTFA. But you didn't read it well enough.
In the three cases where an office action has issued the stats are 66 claims, 16 claims not subject to reexam, 50 claims subject to reexam, 46 claims rejected, and 20 claims surviving
It's the same reason why my Time Warner cable box wouldn't work with my automatic HDMI switch from Monoprice. Then Time Warner technical support told me it must be my fault even though my XBox, HDDVD player, and Blu Ray player all had no problem.
After using a Samsung SCH-u740 (they call it the Alias now I believe) for the past 2 years I'm sure I'll have no problems with the Pre keyboard, it actually looks quite roomy.
Is that why EVERY companies order form has a "billing address" and a "shipping address" and I regularly ship things to not my billing address? I'll have to inform them next time before I order that they're not allowed to ship anything to me.
As I sit here procrastinating well on my way to still being working on my project at 4, it is cold out and the library is too far away. I do however look at the references cited by Wikipedia for the relevant sections and use them as my own.
Probably because she is a Senior and has one semester left, so she wouldn't have time to get into any other schools and it would be far more of a hassle for her.
Up until about 1 month ago my TBS HD channel was the 4:3 TBS channel pre-stretched to fill the whole 16:9 screen. This was slightly annoying since if I wanted to watch the distorted lower resolution broadcast I wouldn't have bothered with the HD package.
Other than that one channel all I've seen thankfully has been black bars to the sides of the screen during regular programming. Commercials are a crap shoot, the only channel I've seen consistently show commercials in their native aspect ratio has been ESPN. I can live with messed up commercials though since I'm just fast-forwarding through them most of the time.

20 claims surviving out of 66 is more like 30%.

You mean the fact that Sprint does a credit check before you sign a contract on any phone? And that it didn't make a splash anywhere except for being sensationalized on /.?
