Nah. The performer is the "dawg" in this instance. The performance may be "cool" or just "a'ight" or he may be "feelin' ya" or "not feelin' ya" depending on whether it was "cool" or "a'ight".

As other's have pointed out, these are contributions from others. The same chap that had problems with 'email' also says 'presently' always mean 'shortly' and should never be used as a synonym for 'currently'. Considering that the word has been used continuously to mean 'at the present time' since the 15th century, one has to wonder when it might be considered proper usage.

Technically speaking, if you don't have a signed model release from someone, you can't go posting their picture anywhere or use it for anything.

Depends entirely upon use. If it's photojournalism you can publish (as you mentioned). However, if it's a photojournalism shot that gets used on the cover it may be considered an image used to sell the product (magazine) and you could be required to produce a model release.

It doesn't appear that the photos were posted for profit which is often a factor. I'd lean toward needing a model release.

    Apparently they need plumbers desparately...

In the US we tried a covert plan to lure young people into the plumbing trade. The whole rap/hip-hop movement was to condition them to wear their pants at half-staff thinking that this would make for an easy transition and causing them to identify with those they dressed like.

The plan has utterly failed though. Now the plumbers' rates are sky-high so that they might be able to purchase plenty of BLING to wear after hours. We think the key factor in subverting our effort was the introduction of boxers to the youngsters from other factions. If the trend continues, plumbers will be wearing them soon as well.
